Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of peptidebrandpartners.com (the "site"), operated by Peptide Brand Partners ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who may use this site
The site is intended for licensed businesses and their authorized representatives in the United States. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorized to act for the business you represent.
About our products
We supply private-label peptide products only to licensed businesses. Product availability, specifications, pricing and documentation are shared with registered partners and may change.
Information on this site is general business information. It is not medical advice, and nothing on this site is a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition.
Partners are responsible for how they label, market, sell, prescribe or dispense products, and for following all federal, state and local laws and professional rules that apply to their business.
Partnership applications
Submitting the provider intake form is a request to partner with us. It does not create a partnership, an account or an obligation to supply products. We review each application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have permission to share any staff information you include.
Orders and supply agreements
Orders, pricing, payment, labeling, shipping and returns are governed by a separate written agreement between us and each approved partner. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.
Certificates of analysis
Sample certificates of analysis shown on this site are for illustration only. The certificate that applies to a product is the one issued for its specific lot and provided to the partner. Certificates may not be altered, and they should be shared only in their complete, unaltered form.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, graphics, photos, logos and design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse site content without our written permission.
Your brand names, logos and label artwork remain yours.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or someone else's information
- Submit patient names or health information
- Interfere with the site's security or operation, or try to access areas you are not authorized to use
- Use automated tools to scrape, flood or overload the site or its forms
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites run by others. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties for products, if any, are set out only in the written agreement with each partner.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
